Molecular detection of Leishmania in dermal tissue: Case control study

In 2020, there were more cases than previous years, with most occurring rural areas. this scenario, the current diagnostic technique must be replaced a sensitive one. This research aimed to examine if polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is an efficient approach for identifying leishmanial parasites skin biopsies from Iraqi patients. Methodology: PCR used evaluate samples collected one hundred people who had ulcers that compatible leishmaniasis.
